Clickopia is a digital service used in your web browser or as an app added to your phone's home screen. We do not ship any physical goods.

1. How the service is delivered

• When you sign up, your account is checked by us and then approved. We aim to do this within 1 working day.
• After approval your free trial starts and you can use the features of the package you chose straight away.
• When you subscribe and pay through PayU, your plan is activated as soon as PayU confirms the payment, normally within minutes. Each automatic renewal extends your plan in the same way.

2. Delay or problem

If your payment was deducted and your plan is still not active after 24 hours, contact us using the Contact Us page. We will activate your plan or refund the payment as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Where it is available

The Service is offered to businesses in India. Prices are in Indian rupees.
